UGEGRAFF - An Exhibition of The Circle of Violent Abuse
An exhibition of paintings, sculptures and ceramics to highlight the cases of violent abuse in Luxembourg and the recreation of the circle of abuse, treatment and the after-effect.

About the event
Project Ugegraff is an art project in response to the rising cases of domestic and violent abuse in Luxembourg. The project aims to - complement traditional solutions being implemented towards eradicating domestic and violent abuse; help victims and perpetrators find help; and, demystify the taboo subject of domestic abuse.
About 40 artworks will be exhibited to represent victims of violent and domestic abuse. These artworks will undergo the process of violent abuse and treatment after which the after-effect of such abuse will be diplayed. During the exhibition, discussion sessions and events about the subject of domestic abuse will be held at the exhibition venue by organisations involved in the fight against abuse in Luxembourg. Similarly, there would be extensive local and international publicity about the event to increase awareness and demystify the taboo nature of domestic and violent abuse.
